Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project engineering/management experience.
• At least 3 years in industrial/seaport facilities or heavy infrastructure.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of FM capital and operational projects.
• Develop project scope, cost plan, and risk register.
• Administer contracts according to FIDIC standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
