Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Department: FP&A

Location: Dammam, KSA

Job Purpose:

To support the FP&A function within the Shared Services organization by delivering high-quality financial insights, reporting, and decision support across various corporate service units. The Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to centralized financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring consistency and alignment across the group. The role also supports the development of shared financial dashboards, policy updates, and corporate finance initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Review the monthly submissions for adequacy, consistency of financial information and insightful commentary
• Assist in consolidating monthly submissions for corporate service units.
• Support reporting scorecards, compliance reports, and executive summaries.
• Help design reporting templates for newly established Shared Services Company and Corporate Service Units
• Prepare ExCom meeting summary report
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting processes
• Support the development and rollout of budgeting protocols across service units.
• Lead annual budgeting processes for the Corporate Service Units, working with the Service Units leaders, the Finance Director and Head of FP&A
• Assist in reviewing and aligning budget submissions with Shared Services standards and KPIs
• Provide analytical support to Shared Services leadership.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities leveraging group-wide synergies.
• Support risk mitigation related to financial agreements and operational structures
• Assist in forecasting, cash flow analysis, and working capital initiatives.
• Assist the FP&A function in corporate finance tasks as required
• Maintain and update centralized financial dashboards for service unit visibility
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and data visualization
• Support updates to Shared Services Finance Manuals and recommend improvements
• Assist in preparing board-level presentations and ad hoc assignments from Asnad and FP&A leadership
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of time tracking tools across service units.
• Ensure accurate time logging for resource planning, billing, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve system issues and enhance tool functionality.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Certifications: (ACCA), (CA), (CMA), (CPA).
