A global technology firm is seeking a Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring compliance with anti-corruption laws, collaborating with various teams, and implementing the company's ethical policies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in compliance programs and a strong command of Arabic and English. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance twice a week.

As Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for contributing to and leading a range of activities designed to fully implement the ServiceNow Code of Ethics. A core area of focus of this position is the range of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws that apply to ServiceNow. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Ethics and Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Global Partnerships and Channel teams at ServiceNow. The successful candidate must be reliable, resourceful, and have a “can-do” attitude.
This position will report to the Director, Export and Trade Compliance Counsel in the Ethics and Compliance team and will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in the ServiceNow office in Riyadh. While based in Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate for this position may be asked to handle matters that arise in the broader Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region as well as in other regions and countries in which ServiceNow operates. This is an individual contributor role.
