The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure. This role requires strong strategic acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities to foster relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in transaction management, contract administration, or commercial management.
• Proven track record of leading multi-billion-riyal deals and complex contractual frameworks.
• Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, investment modeling, and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of major commercial transactions.
• Oversee contract negotiation, execution, monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Align transaction and contract strategies with the transport business unit’s vision.
