You will ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, sustainability targets, and long‑term operational excellence, while coordinating with government ministries, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

With ~20 years' experience in large‑scale districts, you will guide land use strategy and data governance using GIS

Qualifications

• 20+ years in land use planning and master planning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary planning teams.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, CAD, and urban modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the city master plan end-to-end.
• Evaluate asset proposals for compliance with master plan rules.
• Lead spatial governance across districts and precincts.
• Approve land use changes considering infrastructure and lifecycles.
• Maintain land use documents, zoning schedules, and guidelines.
• Direct updates of the spatial master plan with consultants and stakeholders.
• Lead assessments of environmental, social, and economic impacts.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, and operations teams on land use needs.
• Represent land use in governance forums and committees.
• Oversee GIS, urban models, and CAD workflows for accurate data.
