Overview

Were looking for fresh talented Creative Lead who is ready to lead designers from agencies. Its an amazing time to join the Creative Team at Informa Markets as we continue to deliver gamechanging creative experiences for some of the best brands in the events world. This is where you come in.

What youll do

• Experience with Briefs: familiar witha concept brief or creative brief for an event product or company.
• Design Evaluation.
• Agency Collaboration: worked with agencies on a creative brief.
• Mood Board Preparation: Prepared mood boards for an event product or company.
• Concept Evaluation.
• Brand Guidelines: managed to developa master creative and brand guidelines for an event product or company.
• Team Leadership: experience in leading a team even if they will initially work independently.
• Role Expectations: The Senior Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director and will need to :

Lead creative efforts and manage projects endtoend.

• Be skilled in design not just leadership.

Qualifications

• You have minimum 9 to 10 years of experience in Design and managing a Creative Team.

Required Tools and Skills

• Familiarity with design tools such as :
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Experience in designing web banners GIFs and animated banners is essential.
• Youre an excellent communicator
