Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pre-contract preparation of cost plans at all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of benchmarking and cost analysis.
• Cost planning/estimating/budgeting/reviews and reporting.
• Master Planning and Cost reporting and forecasting.
