This PMO initiative manages a multi‑year, multi‑billion‑riyal aviation capital development programme, ensuring alignment with national strategic objectives. Operating as an integrated consultancy–client team, the PMO provides oversight, governance, and support across multiple Operating Companies (OpCos). Within this structure, the Senior Cost Control Engineer plays a critical role in cost governance, estimation, and financial monitoring, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all portfolio cost data.
The Senior Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for managing, validating, and reporting cost performance across a diverse portfolio of aviation projects. This includes developing and maintaining cost databases, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets and cash flows, and supporting decision‑making through accurate cost analysis. The role ensures that project and portfolio financials are controlled, transparent, and aligned with PMO guidelines.
