The Senior Cost and Manufacturing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing costs, optimizing operations, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements. The role involves close collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost and Manufacturing Analyst to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cost control, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, daily production costing, and material requirements analysis based on sales forecasts and established par levels for semi-finished and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) for all production lines.
  • Monitor daily manufacturing costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgeted targets.
  • Analyze and forecast raw material requirements based on sales plans, production schedules, and approved par levels.
  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize cost efficiency and material utilization.
  • Conduct variance analysis between standard and actual costs, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and contribute to financial planning and decision-making.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, or production planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in ERP systems .
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
