Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in contracts management.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia procurement law.
• Direct experience in managing workload distribution and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ratify department operating structure and processes.
• Ensure functional compliance for awarded contracts.
• Maintain responsibility for contract administrators assigned to clusters.
