Job Title: Strategy Consultant Financial Services Transformation

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (relocation or remote with travel flexibility)

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Riyadh that is embarking on ambitious transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector. To support this journey, we are seeking Strategy Consultants with a proven track record in top-tier consulting firms.

This is not an audit or assurance role. Instead, it is a pure strategy and transformation consulting position, where you will apply your consulting toolkit to shape large-scale projects in banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within financial services strategy and transformation projects.
• Support senior managers and partners in designing and delivering actionable solutions.
• Conduct market assessments, operating model reviews, digital/organizational transformations, and financial modeling.
• Translate complex analysis into client-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive change in the financial services ecosystem.

Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting with exposure to Financial Services projects (banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech).
• Strong consulting toolkit: problem structuring, analytical modeling, PowerPoint storytelling, and client engagement.
• Experience at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm
• Leadership: Ability to lead workstreams independently while working under the supervision of a Consultant Manager.
• Prior project experience in the GCC region, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic & English languages proficiency
• Demonstrated exposure to regulatory reform, fintech strategy, or digital banking projects.
