Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Construction Manager - Geotechnical/Ground Investigation to join our Qiddiya team. This role involves managing all on‑site field construction activities for a large geotechnical project, including supervision, administration, procurement, and field engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical projects, particularly in cliff/slope stabilization, and be willing to relocate to construction site locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Safe Delivery of the Works: Ensuring all Works are delivered with safety as the main consideration.
  • Planning & Budgeting: Direct construction planning, identify critical milestones, and determine budget estimates and staffing needs.
  • Resource Management: Ensure Contractors/Subcontractors, materials, and equipment are available to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Assign tasks to Construction Engineers, Supervision Consultants, and Contractors, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct evaluations, recommend promotions, and manage manpower assignments to meet schedules and budget goals.
  • Quality Control: Implement sound construction practices to achieve required quality at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce company and client policies, including labor relations policies.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for client representatives, subcontractors, and government officials.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a construction‑related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 15+ years of field construction experience, preferably in large civil/geotechnical/earthworks projects. Ground investigation experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of construction processes, particularly in geotechnical projects / bulk earthworks / slope stabilization (cliff/slope stabilization).
  • Managerial Skills: Proven ability to manage teams effectively on multiple work fronts.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills: Ability to find safe, effective solutions to challenges on the project.
