Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the construction site team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for structural, architectural, and MEP works.
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and internal departments to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work sequences.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
  • Manage site risks, delays, and variation claims, providing effective mitigation actions.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and promote a safe work culture.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports for senior management.
