The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed‑use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • As part of the reporting team, own the PMO commercial reporting framework and calendar, ensuring consistent programme‑level cost and commercial reporting.
  • Build and maintain data models and interactive dashboards in Power BI (using Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX) to track budget, commitments, forecast, change and cashflow.
  • Consolidate and validate cost and commercial data from multiple projects, PMCs and systems into a single source of truth.
  • Prepare clear monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis, trends, KPIs and forward‑looking cashflow forecasts.
  • Work closely with commercial, finance, planning and risk teams to ensure alignment between cost, schedule and risk.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, automation and data quality, reducing manual effort and error.
  • Present insights and recommendations to PMO and client leadership in a concise, business‑focused manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, client standards and relevant professional guidelines (e.g. RICS, AACE).
You’ll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Commercial / Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or related field.
  • Professional qualification preferred (e.g. MRICS, AACE, PMP or equivalent).
  • 5–10+ years’ experience in cost/commercial management.
  • Experience on major real estate / mixed‑use / infrastructure programmes, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, forecasting, change management and commercial governance.
  • Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, report design).
  • Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modelling.
  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivots, automation).
