A leading infrastructure consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of major infrastructure projects. The role requires 15+ years of managerial experience, particularly in the Middle East, and involves working closely with clients and contractors. Candidates should have a robust understanding of FIDIC contracts and infrastructure experience in Saudi Arabia, alongside strong management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with significant consultant/PMC experience in the Middle East.
• Proven background on roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contract management activities across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC Red & Yellow Book conditions.
• Manage variations, claims, EOTs, loss & expense, and change control processes.
