Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional in Saudi Arabia to support engineers in developing quality documentation and procedures. The role covers QA/QC inspections for civil and structural assets up to 380kV, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international standards and conducting audits and NCR management.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years in QA/QC in power sectors, English proficiency, and preferably Saudi Council of Engineers membership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Saudi Council of Engineers membership is highly preferable.
• 15–20 years of experience in QA/QC inspections in Power Generation and Transmission & Distribution networks up to 380 kV, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and review quality inspection procedures and related documentation across asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop quality documents, procedures, and checklists.
• Develop, implement, and review QA/QC inspection procedures across the asset lifecycle (design, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, decommissioning).
• Perform QA/QC inspections for civil and structural assets up to 380 kV.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, international standards, and industry best practices.
