We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth and delivery excellence. This is not just a delivery role; it is a leadership position that requires a blend of deep change management expertise, business development acumen, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our clients, a leader within our practice, and a driver of new business.

With over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading high-stakes change initiatives, particularly around large-scale ERP implementations. You will also be instrumental in shaping the future of our Change Management practice by contributing to proposals, hiring top talent, and developing innovative service offerings.

Your role and responsibilities
Client Delivery & Change Leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end change management strategy and execution for major, complex transformation programs, with a specific focus on SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or similar tech implementations.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior client stakeholders, guiding them on their change leadership journey.
  • Define and track change management KPIs and metrics to measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency, reporting on progress and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Mitigate people-related risks and issues that could impact project timelines, budget, or strategic objectives.
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work for new client engagements.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to shape change management offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to enhance our market presence.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking to build the firm's reputation and pipeline.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead the selection, hiring, and onboarding of high-performing change management consultants.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level change practitioners within the team.
  • Define project team structures and assign resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the change management practice.

Must-Haves
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management within a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of leading change management for at least 3-5 full-lifecycle, large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud).
  • Demonstrable experience in creating winning proposals, RFP responses, and pitching to clients.
  • Direct experience in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and building successful change management teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior leaders.
Highly Desirable
  • Experience in multiple industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail).
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of how change drives business value.
  • Established network and reputation in the change management community.
