A leading logistics technology company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on identifying high-value business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of business development experience in logistics or SaaS, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in English and Arabic. Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS, TaaS, or digital marketplace solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the logistics industry.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in SaaS and marketplace solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demos.
  • Lead the development of proposals and RFP responses.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and networking.

Skills

Strong understanding of software solutions and digital transformation concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to gather and analyze market data
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Fluent in English and Arabic

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
