Job summary

A leading digital logistics platform in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand commercial initiatives. The successful candidate will manage relationships, identify high-value business opportunities, and contribute to strategic partnerships. A Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or digital solutions.
• Experience in SaaS, TaaS, or digital marketplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in SaaS and marketplace solutions.
• Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers.
• Track BD activity performance using CRM systems.
• Ensure proposals communicate the value of Madar's SaaS.

Skills

Strong understanding of software solutions and digital transformation concepts

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to gather and analyze market data

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management

Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Fluent in English and Arabic

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
