Overview

OMQ is a leading Riyadh-based event management company, with a branch in Egypt, specializing in exhibitions and conferences. Known for bold, high-impact experiences, we combine creativity and precision to deliver outstanding visual environments.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our Egypt team and drive growth by building strong client relationships, securing new opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role is best suited for a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong business network.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through tenders, partnerships, exhibitions, and networking.
  • Track government and private tenders daily, document opportunities, and ensure timely submission.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline, maintain weekly reports, and review them with management.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, schedule and attend meetings, and represent the company professionally.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals with the design and finance teams.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth contract signing.
  • Coordinate with finance to follow up on issued invoices, collections, and payment schedules.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, prepare comparison reports, and suggest strategies.
  • Update CRM and Excel client databases daily with accurate opportunity status.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets (new opportunities, deals closed, and revenue growth).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in events, marketing, or services).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing offers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage fieldwork effectively.

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
