Responsibilities

• Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
• Sell additional products and services according to customer needs.
• Understand features and benefits of products and promote them.
• Undertake prospecting to generate additional business.
• Maintain customer records and job documentation accurately.
• Prepare for customer visits and update documentation.
• Offer extra services to customers, including vehicle health checks.
• Visually inspect customer vehicles and document any damage.
• Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Prepare and explain invoices post-completion of work.
• Obtain necessary documentation from customers when issuing loan cars.
• Gain customer authorization for work completion.
• Process payments promptly as per company procedures.
• Document all warranty work as per manufacturer standards.
• Meet deadlines set by the manager and company.
