The Senior Associate - Revenue Compliance at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia is responsible for ensuring adherence to established revenue policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

This role will involve conducting audits, evaluating revenue processes, and working closely with various departments to mitigate risks associated with revenue generation.

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls as well as legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates and monitors compliance with revenue recognition policies and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Conducts regular audits of revenue processes to identify discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and areas of compliance risk, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborates with the finance and revenue management teams to enhance compliance frameworks and ensure alignment with financial reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Prepares comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for remediation.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for relevant stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stays informed on changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance processes remain current and effective.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external auditors, facilitating the timely resolution of any compliance-related inquiries.
  • Monitors key compliance metrics and prepares dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring immediate attention.
  • Supports the development of revenue compliance policies and procedures to align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Provides guidance to operational teams on compliance-related matters, clarifying processes and policies to ensure understanding and adherence.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial compliance, auditing, or a related field, preferably within the amusement or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards related to revenue management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
