Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural delivery on large-scale developments, acting as the client representative and coordinating consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural delivery on behalf of the client, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes, authority requirements, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate and manage architectural teams and multi-disciplinary consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, specialist).
• Oversee design deliverables, schedules, and quality, acting as architectural lead in client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
• Provide construction oversight through site inspections, shop drawing reviews, mock-ups, and material approvals.
• Represent the client in tender evaluations, reviewing technical and commercial submissions from an architectural perspective.
• Manage relationships with authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and non-adversarial collaboration.
• Lead and mentor assigned project teams, establishing reporting frameworks, performance management, and alignment with organizational values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10–15 years of experience, preferably with strong Saudi or GCC experience.
• Proven background in large-scale developments (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or mega-projects).
• Strong understanding of Saudi authority processes and building codes.
• Proficiency in Revit / BIM and AutoCAD.
