Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for WSO2-based middleware and integration systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot rule-based integration processes.
• Optimize WSO2 middleware configurations.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve system issues.
• Understand and escalate scope changes per change control process.
• Resolve most technical incidents independently.
• Work with team members to resolve complex incidents.
