Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in analytics engineering or a related field.
• Advanced SQL and expertise with dbt (modeling, testing, documentation).
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and governed data products.
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines.
• Partner with business teams to align data products with strategic KPIs.
• Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards.
• Orchestrate workflows with Airflow for automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate upstream data sources.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the organization's data maturity.
