We are currently looking for Senior Analysts to join our Advisory team. This entry‑level role is best suited for recent graduates keen to build an exciting career in consulting. Senior Analysts will support team leadership by collecting and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, and delivering impactful client presentations.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables
  • Construct financial models and create presentations
  • Contribute to the team’s problem solving and client management
  • Generate creative ideas and turn them into client‑ready recommendations
  • Assist with or own communications and interactions with clients
  • Manage analyst team members, including research efforts
  • Participate in and drive firm initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science/IT, Engineering, Marketing, or Communications
  • 1 year of experience preferably in management consultancy
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow thriving in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work in a multitasked, fast‑paced and changing environment
  • High learning agility and aspiration to grow in consulting
  • Knowledge of desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama
