Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in airline operations, ground handling, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for flight operations management.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor flight schedules, arrivals, departures, and ensure on-time operations.
• Assist passengers with inquiries, ticketing, and check-in procedures.
• Act as a point of contact during emergency situations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on flight operations.
• Provide guidance and direction to duty officers and ground staff.
