Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Maintain project files, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
Support project managers with budgeting and progress reporting.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Experience in project or administrative support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
