Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations for the steel factory, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to analyze variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial performance.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, statutory reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
