Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
• Review general ledger accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, and analyze aging reports.
• Oversee purchasing and sales transactions, ensuring alignment with contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor fixed assets, record depreciation, and manage additions and disposals.
• Prepare and file tax, Zakat, and VAT returns in compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IFRS standards.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Supervise and support junior accountants within the finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• SOCPA certification (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi Zakat and Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

محاسب أول – Senior Accountant

مقر العمل:

📍 جدة – المملكة العربية السعودية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد القيود اليومية والتأكد من دقتها في النظام المحاسبي.
• مراجعة الحسابات العامة وحسابات الأستاذ المساعد والتسويات البنكية الشهرية.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية (شهرية، ربع سنوية، سنوية) .
• إدارة الذمم المدينة والدائنة وتحليل أعمار الديون.
• متابعة عمليات المشتريات والمبيعات وضمان التوافق بين الفواتير والعقود وأوامر الشراء.
• الإشراف على الأصول الثابتة، تسجيل الإهلاك، ومتابعة الإضافات والاستبعادات.
• إعداد إقرارات الزكاة والضريبية ، وضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT).
• التعاون مع المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين وتوفير البيانات اللازمة للتدقيق.
• تطبيق السياسات المالية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (IFRS).
• المساهمة في إعداد الموازنات السنوية وتحليل المصروفات والإيرادات.
• تطوير وتحسين العمليات المحاسبية والإجراءات الداخلية.
• الإشراف وتوجيه المحاسبين الأقل خبرة وتقديم الدعم الفني لهم.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو في دور مشابه.
• شهادة SOCPA (عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين).
• معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS وأنظمة الزكاة والضريبة السعودية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ,ERP وMicrosoft Excel.
• دقة عالية ومهارات تحليل مالي قوية.
