IQVIA is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Sales to drive business growth with multinational pharmaceutical clients across KSA. This role covers the full IQVIA portfolio—Consulting, Analytics, Real‑World Evidence (RWE), HEOR, Market Research, Technology Platforms, and Patient Support Programs (PSPs). You will act as a trusted commercial partner for senior stakeholders within leading global pharma companies, shaping integrated solutions that accelerate launches, optimize portfolios, and deliver measurable patient impact.

Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Leadership
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic multinational pharma accounts; serve as the single point of accountability for sales and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and IQVIA growth targets.
  • Build relationships with Country Managers, BU Heads, Market Access Directors, Medical/HEOR Leaders, and Digital/Commercial Directors.
Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across consulting, syndicated data, market research, analytics, and technology solutions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Ensure cross‑sell and up‑sell of IQVIA offerings, expanding share of wallet across accounts.
Solution Expertise
  • Position IQVIA’s broad capabilities, including:
    • Consulting & Strategy: launch readiness, portfolio optimization, go‑to‑market, pricing & market access.
    • RWE & HEOR: evidence generation, burden of illness, outcomes research, payer engagement.
    • Technology: CRM, omnichannel, patient engagement platforms, advanced analytics.
    • Market Research & Insights: physician, payer, and patient insights; competitive intelligence.
    • Patient Support Programs: adherence, education, access facilitation.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable IQVIA solutions with clear ROI.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with consulting principals, RWE/HEOR specialists, PSP managers, and technology teams to design integrated solutions.
  • Maintain CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity tracking) and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly revenue projections.
  • Ensure seamless handover and governance of sold projects; monitor delivery satisfaction to drive renewals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7–10 years of commercial experience in healthcare/life sciences, with at least 4–5 years in front‑line sales or account management.
  • Proven record of quota attainment and account growth with multinational pharma companies.
  • Strong knowledge of pharma value chain: clinical development, launch, market access, commercial excellence, patient engagement.
  • Experience selling consulting projects, RWE/HEOR, syndicated data, or technology solutions to pharma clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field required.
  • English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.
