Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships within ourUtility & Communication (U&C) and ETQ Reliance (Quality Management System) division. This role requires deep knowledge of utilities and communications solutions (e.g., Hexagon U&C, CAD oriented, GE SmallWorld, VertiGIS, IQGeo and SunVision), quality and compliance solutions (e.g., ETQ Reliance, MasterControl, TrackWise, ComplianceQuest) strong client relationship management skills, and a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure value realization and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for U&C and ETQ Reliance business growth in KSA and Bahrain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for New/Existing clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and align U&C and ETQ Reliance strategies to support those goals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account planning, relationship building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, customer health, and revenue forecasts.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on industry best practices in asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and compliance.
Long Description

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry knowledge in sectors such as Utilities, Telecommunications, Smart Cities & Municipalities, Transportation, oil & gas, Public Safety & Emergency Services, Mining & Metals, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Automotive, Aerospace.
  • Understanding of smart infrastructure, geospatial analytics, network performance monitoring, and digital transformation trends in utilities and communications
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and other compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with contract management and renewals.
Education / Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in utilities, communications, or related enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of U&C platforms such asHexagon U&C, CAD oriented, GE SmallWorld, VertiGIS, IQGeo and SunVision, or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of eQMS platforms such asETQ Reliance, MasterControl, TrackWise, ComplianceQuest or similar solutions.
  • Proven success in acquiring new accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
