Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Specialist in Operational Readiness to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation and readiness of operational plans and frameworks that ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with various teams to develop, implement, and enhance processes that foster operational effectiveness and readiness for project launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of operational readiness plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and prepare comprehensive readiness assessments.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and provide clear guidance to stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to ensure operational teams are well prepared and knowledgeable about new processes and procedures.
  • Compile and present readiness documentation to senior management, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the liaison between project teams and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and successful project launches.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or a related field within the hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industries.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
