As a Security Shift Leader at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection, you are not just a security presence—you are a key part of creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable environment for guests and staff. You’ll lead by example, oversee the security team during your shift, and ensure all security protocols are followed flawlessly.
Maintain the highest standards of safety across all areas.
Monitor security systems, patrols, and any safety procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Supervise security staff during your shift.
Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries effectively.

Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain records of incidents, follow-ups, and audits.
