Aircraft Accessories & Components Co. Ltd. It's a subsidiary company of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) which provides aircraft parts and maintenance services. The Company focuses on maintenance, repair, and overhaul for aircraft hydraulics and secondary power systems, as well as offers repairing and maintaining civil aircraft landing gear, and helicopter maintenance.
Job purpose
Oversee the security operations of organizations, develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security officers and guards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage the day-to-day operations for the area of work to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Supervise all security staff and conduct periodic training exercises for them on regulatory and operational compliance as deemed necessary.
- Train organization members and visitors on security rules and procedures.
- Establish and ensure access control for visitors and employees at the organization are implemented and followed. Provide a security clearance on the background of Saudi or non-Saudi candidates from the relevant regulatory.
- Manage the security systems, including card access system, camera control, etc.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, visitors, or others on company property.
- Develop, implement and maintain security policies to meet required codes and regulations.
- Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
- Develop, conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of facility and personnel security processes.
- Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
- Supervise or provide leadership to subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, investigating applicants' backgrounds, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
- Develop or manage investigation programs, including collection and preservation of video and notes of surveillance processes or investigative interviews.
- Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Qualification and Experience
- A minimum of (10) years’ experience and (5) of which in a relevant functions, experience in aviation, aerospace, and military is preferable.
- Diploma and above; further education in security administration or similar field will be a plus.
- Any security certifications will be a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations (Airport Security, GACA and Ministry of Defense)

- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
