Job description
Position Overview

Develop, implement, and oversee all security operations and administrative processes related to Lucid’s Manufacturing Plant in King Abdullah Economic City. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security requests, coordinate access control and event security, ensure compliance with Lucid’s security standards and local regulations. Act as the key point of contact for all manufacturing-related security administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all security requests through the Gateway Help Desk from initiation to implementation.
  • Administer and manage the badge issuance process for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate access control records in the security management system.
  • Process requests for new badges, access changes, and revocations in compliance with security policies.
  • Conduct identity verification and ensure appropriate authorization prior to granting access.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process by coordinating with HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
  • Manage and maintain badge inventory, supplies, and card printing equipment.
  • Assist in conducting periodic access audits and reporting anomalies to the Security Manager.
  • Provide front-desk security support, including visitor management and escort coordination when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
  • Support the physical security team in day-to-day operations, incident response, and special projects, events, group and VIP visits
  • Deliver basic security awareness briefings related to access control and identification procedures.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested or assigned by the immediate manager.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security administration, access control, or facility management.
  • Proficiency in using security management systems and standard office software (MS Office, databases).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be willing to work shift hours or flexible schedules as per plant operations. Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and support systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability for emergencies.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with badge printing technologies and card access hardware.
