A global technology leader is seeking an experienced SCM Fusion Expert in Riyadh. The role involves partnering with sales teams to illustrate SCM's business value and leveraging healthcare knowledge to provide innovative solutions. Candidates must have 10-15 years of enterprise healthcare transformation experience, with at least 5 years in presales for Oracle Fusion Applications SCM. The position requires both Arabic and English proficiency and offers the opportunity to drive customer success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare transformation applications.
• Minimum 5 years of presales experience in Oracle Fusion Applications SCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications is highly recommended.

Job description

They are currently seeking a SCM Fusion Expert to support customers in building their SaaS journeys and achieving outstanding ROI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value of SCM
• Supporting & Drive complex SCM opportunities as solutions expert. Presenting & demonstrating the solutions will be a major part of your tasks.
• Leverage healthcare / Life science knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
• Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
• Design, present and articulate Oracle SCM to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
• Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers’ desired outcome.
• Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in SCM and modern demonstration techniques.
• Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
• Ensure a smooth handover for a successful customer implementation.
• Represent Oracle as a credible expert, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.

Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of business applications (Proc, contracts, order mgmt, inventory, scm planning, demand planning, logistics,...)
• 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare transformation applications ( ERP, HCM, SCM , CX, EPM).
• Minimum 5 years of presales experience in Oracle Fusion Applications SCM.
• Having hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications is highly recommended – certifications is welcome.
• Hands-on Experience with Oracle Saas SCM applications
• Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
• Based in KSA – language: Arabic & English.
• Travel will occur.
