A division of an engineering group is seeking a Scheduler Engineer to play a vital role in project planning and management in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, prepare baseline schedules, and track their performance to ensure projects progress smoothly. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3-7 years of scheduling experience are required, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. As a Scheduler Engineer, you will play a critical role in project planning and management, ensuring that timelines are met and that projects progress smoothly throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare baseline schedules and update progress regularly.
  • Track schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate schedule inputs.
  • Support project managers with time-impact analysis and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
  • 3–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
  • GPA - 2.8 out of 4, 3.8 out of 5
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Good understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • PMP, PSP, or equivalent (preferred but not required).
