Job description
On behalf of our client who is in the process of expanding his Human Resources team we are seeking motivated and experienced Saudi HR professionals to join his organization in Jeddah.
We are hiring for multiple HR specializations, including:
  • HR Generalist / HR Officer
  • Training & Development Specialist
  • Performance & Talent Management Specialist
  • Employee Relations & Engagement Officer

Each role will play a critical part in building a modern, efficient, and people-centered HR function that supports the company’s growth and strategic goals in the construction, fit‑out, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities (depending on specialization)
1. HR Generalist / HR Officer
  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management.
  • Coordinate with GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other local platforms for employee-related services.
2. Training & Development Specialist
  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
  • Develop annual training plans and coordinate with internal/external training providers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain employee skill development records.
  • Support career development programs and talent upskilling initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of leadership and technical training programs.
3. Performance & Talent Management Specialist
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, objectives, competencies).
  • Support department heads in goal-setting and performance review cycles.
  • Track individual performance trends and propose development actions.
  • Contribute to succession planning and high‑potential talent identification.
  • Prepare performance analytics and dashboards for management.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement Officer
  • Promote a positive and compliant work environment aligned with company values.
  • Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with Saudi labor law.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
  • Support HR initiatives related to retention, recognition, and culture building.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization, diversity, and inclusion objectives.
Qualifications & Profile
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record in one or more of the following areas:
    • HR Operations / Administration
    • Training & Development
    • Performance Management
    • Employee Relations / Engagement
  • Prior experience in construction, contracting, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR regulatory systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems (ERP / Oracle / SAP).
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
