• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Prospecting and generating new leads.

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
