About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven expertise in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR domain background, technical configuration skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations while managing stakeholders and ensuring business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, configuring modules, defining business rules, setting workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Blueprint & Workbooks: Prepare and validate Blueprints, gap analysis, and workbooks, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business compliance.
- System Configuration: Configure organizational structures, job roles, permissions, workflows, and rules within SuccessFactors using MDF, XML, and administration tools.
- Data Migration: Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities while ensuring integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scripts, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure functional/technical requirements are met before go-live.
- Training & Support: Conduct end-user training, provide post-go-live support, and communicate system updates/features.
- Payroll & Time Management: Configure and support Payroll (Schema & PCR), Time-Off, and Time Tracking modules ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Implementation Partner Liaison: Act as the focal point with implementation partners, validating deliverables, translating business needs, and ensuring solution quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, functional specifications, user manuals, and compliance documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, Payroll, and Performance Management.
- Technical proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), MDF, XML, BTP and SuccessFactors APIs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data migration, custom reporting, and integration activities.
- Clear understanding of Saudi HR localization and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
- At least two full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications (mandatory).
