About the Role:

Müller`s Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with fluency in Arabic to join our team. As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements, configure the system, and ensure the successful delivery of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll based on client requirements.
  • Perform end‑to‑end testing and support user acceptance testing for payroll processes.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll‑related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM Payroll functionalities and ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration and processes.
  • Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
