About the Role:

Müller`s Solutions is on the lookout for a talented SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP HCM Payroll solutions to optimize payroll processes for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, customize solutions, and ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their payroll requirements and translate these into effective SAP HCM Payroll configurations.
  • Configure, implement, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll systems in accordance with best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll processes and assist clients during user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support for payroll processing and address any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP HCM Payroll and related compliance issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
