Our client, a leading technology consulting firm delivering SAP and enterprise transformation services, is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant to join their Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will support full-cycle HR implementations, covering core HCM functionalities with integration to SuccessFactors and Payroll. Responsibilities include optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee lifecycle management, and ensuring effective data flow across modules. The role requires partnering with business stakeholders in industrial and manufacturing settings to streamline HR operations and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, PP, and SD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in SAP implementation and support projects for HCM, including integration with FI/CO, PP, SD, and SF/Payroll.
  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure SAP HCM modules accordingly.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and project stakeholders to implement best-practice HR and talent management processes.
  • Support testing, user training, and documentation to ensure strong system adoption.
  • Provide ongoing HCM support, resolve HR system issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in integration efforts between HCM, Payroll, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise applications.
  • Stay updated on SAP HCM and SF developments and contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, HR Technology, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, ideally with exposure to SF/Payroll integration.
