A leading firm in asset management in Saudi Arabia is looking for an SAP EAM Consultant to lead the design and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a background in asset-intensive industries. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and the consultant will also be responsible for developing training and support materials to facilitate effective system use.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions, focusing on modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI/CO).

End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee full lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Integration Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM with other SAP modules and external systems, addressing complex business requirements and optimizing asset management processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Training & Support: Develop comprehensive training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least one or two projects involving S/4HANA.

Industry Knowledge: Background in asset‑intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, or life sciences is preferred.

Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Equipment Asset Management is highly desirable.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
