Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insulation and XPS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record in insulation and XPS sales to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Product Knowledge and Promotion
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insulation materials, particularly XPS.
  • Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
