Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the technology industry in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Establishing sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals and sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assisting with market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and IT industry trends.
  • Driving revenue growth by promoting and selling cloud services and solutions to customers.
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Developing proposals and pricing quotes based on client’s requirements.
  • Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations.
  • Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of IT sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce.
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Systems).
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Experience in selling AI (artificial intelligence)-based technology solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are valued.
