What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in sales management at a SaaS or tech company in the region.
  • You've managed teams of similar size and know what good looks like.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken) and sharp analytical thinking.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Most importantly? You're ambitious. You want to build something, not just maintain it.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the sales pipeline and drive strategy, not just track numbers, but figure out what needs to change.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to close the feedback loop and improve how we sell.

  • Identify knowledge gaps and fix them before they become problems.
