A global beauty leader in Jeddah is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance and manage a team of Beauty Advisors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales, with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in both English and Arabic. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and results-oriented team.
As our Sales Supervisor, based in Jeddah, you are responsible for driving sales performance. You will develop COTY’s business across retail and duty paid stores in the Central Region. The role focuses on leading a team of Beauty Advisors, managing daily sell-out performance, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and growing COTY’s market share across assigned accounts.
