Job Overview

For our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor based in Jeddah. This role will lead and develop the sales strategy across multiple therapy areas, including anti-inflammatory and primary care. The ideal candidate brings strong scientific knowledge, established HCP relationships, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Drive scientific selling initiatives and ensure messaging accuracy across therapy areas.
  • Analyze territory performance, manage CRM data, and ensure disciplined reporting.

Qualifications
  • Pharmacy degree is preferable.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutcial industry.
  • Strong HCP network, scientific selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, territory management, etc.
  • MS Office + CRM systems
